Brussel Sprout Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced Brussel sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
For Dressing:
- 1 garlic clove (minced or grated)
- 2 tbs lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
Directions:
- Toss veggies in mixing bowl
- Mix dressing and toss with veggies
