Pumpkin Latte Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (almond/other)
- 1/2 - 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup organic coffee (cooled or warm!!)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1-2 dates
Directions:
- Blend together and enjoy!
